Congratulations to Daniel Elmer who has been elected as the new Leader of South Norfolk Council 🎉

A big thank you also goes to Lord Fuller, who announced his resignation after receiving a life peerage from the prime minister. Lord Fuller was Norfolk's longest-serving council leader, having led the authority since 2007.
