Devolution Minister Jim MacHon MP visited Suffolk County Council Headquarters, Endeavor House, Ipswich on 27th March to talk about Government plans to devolve powers and funding to Suffolk and Norfolk. He met with Matthew Hicks Leader of Suffolk County Council and Kay Mason-Billig Leader of Norfolk County Council.
