President
John Charles Fuller, Baron Fuller OBE, is President of the South Norfolk & Waveney Valley Conservative Federation. A long-serving Conservative leader, he led South Norfolk District Council from 2007 to 2024, during which time he oversaw significant transformation in local government and championed growth across the region. In February 2024, he was appointed to the House of Lords in recognition of his outstanding public service. Lord Fuller continues to play an active role in Conservative politics, offering strategic guidance and support across the Federation.
